I like the bonuses he gets with just common IOs. I think he'll play like a corruptor/mastermind hybrid. and yes I am crazy enough to make him without any travel powers. I've already got 2 jet packs, 1 jump jet, and the GvE jump pack. also I hear i13 will bring temp travel power vendors.
